  1. It’s interesting that vitamin E actually helps physical strength and endurance. I’ve been looking for ways I can improve my diet to be more healthy, and I think including some more vitamin E in my diet could be a good way to do that. I’ll have to look for food and supplements with the vitamin in it to help me be a little more healthy all around.
