Whenever I’m asked about my habits as an entrepreneur, I always refer to first taking steps towards general awareness of self. My three major keys to self-awareness are the management of energy, time, and the most important is my health. Being young and in charge is hard work, and it really takes a toll on your health if you’re not careful. It’s easy to get lost in projects and deadlines, and forget about the things your body needs every day. Going to bed earlier and drinking more water changed the game for me. When you take on more responsibility, taking on new healthy habits should go hand in hand. I asked a few ladies I know what it is that keeps them putting their health first.
